We from the technical team of your hosting provider would like to invite you for yet another technical challenge in this year. So far our technical team has not lost a single challenge and are successfully been winning it from the last 3 years and we as a team strongly believe that even this year we will reign as “The Champions” even then we would like to try our customers both present and past and want them to actively participate in this challenge and prove that our service is not up to the mark or if we cannot fix the issues we will freely give you an ecommerce website designing worth Rs100, 000.

In the year 2011, 2012 and 2013 our technical team challenged the customers and gained all customers' confidence and trust. Technical challenge in hosting was done for the first time in the world only by us. Customer are now aware that we have been challenging our customers to bring their issues and unresolved hosting concerns and approach our team and to challenge the team to see how best can they provide support and resolve customers technical issues on time. We are aware that initially our customers were in for a surprise when they received an open challenge from our technical manager, inviting all our customers to participate in the technical challenge and successfully received 100% customer satisfaction in the “Challenge 2011” and “Challenge 2012” “Challenge 2013” respectively.

This time once again we are back announcing the Technical Challenge 2014. This time we are excited to announce the challenge to our previous customers who are no longer with us, any customers who had their hosting plan with us from the time the company started till the 31st of December 2013 are eligible to participate in this technical challenge 2014. Our previous customers can also participate in this Technical Challenge by getting one month free hosting service. This free hosting service is provided since we would like to invite our old customers who left us for various reasons to give them an opportunity to feel the reality of hosting.

As our technical team has decided to take challenge because of the comments, feedback, opinions, rumors created by our customers and also in order to prove the strength of technical team that how much technically capable they are.

Clients who don't have knowledge about hosting, they don't know how to operate the control panel and they blame on hosting company for not providing the necessary support. For this we have given them hours of training and after learning from us, after establishing their business, they started pointing finger on company services and technical support.

The customers who are paying us an average of less than Rs.3 per day hosting charges in shared hosting, we have given them 24x7 technical support and replied to all their tickets, they are also pointing on us for not providing the desired support.

Customer who paid us Rs.500 for the whole year, generated more than 1000 tickets and we replied to all the tickets and cleared all their issues, after this much support when we are contacting them they are replying that still they are not satisfied with our services.

We have given 24x7 technical support to resellers and provided other facilities to encourage their business and provided them opportunity to grow in the market but after doing so much they are also pointing on company's services and support.

These kinds of situations have bound our technical team to take a Technical Challenge and to prove to our previous customers that our technical team can and are able to provide world class service.

Lot of changes has been made each year to improve our technical team. This year few changes that we have made before announcing the challenge are: New infrastructure, Added latest monitoring software, hardware and firmware, Extensive soft skills and technical training in various dimensions and strengthening and boosting the morale and confidences of employees through different levels of training, Hired extra experts in the field of Windows, Java, Linux server admin respectively, Introduced super fast server for the first time in Asia from Singapore datacenter, Increased the number count and adopted latest technology call monitoring systems in the technical team, Call back and SMS facility after fixing the issues as well as during the process of trouble shooting which will keep the client posted about the feedback. Deputed Branch Manger to oversee all the activity of technical team with respect to customer interaction and fixing the issues, Fixed internal set time for each issue to the technical staff, Extensive training in the field of customer psychology and behavior provided to the technical staff by one of the leading customer study from USA, and many other measures were taken before the technical team could enter into the Challenge 2013 for Asia's number 1 technical team.

The main intention of this challenge is to increase staff efficiency and confidence and also to build a better relationship and understanding between the employee and customer. We are happily inviting our all customers who are with us from the very beginning of our company till present date. If customer is facing any kind of issue related to hosting services from the starting, then we will solve it.

Our beloved customers who left us because of support and service issue we would also like to challenge them to participate in this Technical challenge 2014 and prove that we are not eligible to win this Technical and if they will prove, then they have a golden chance to win the html designing worth of Rs.1,00,000 as a winning award.

  • Per customer only single domain issue will be considered for the challenge.
  • The identity proofs furnished by customer should match with the control panel details, billing software, ticket contact details, website contact us page detail, domain Whois contact details.
