Upgrade to MS sql2012 databse to getadvanced reporting services

Still using old Mssql2005/2008 know the Benefits MS sql2012

1.)    Speed—MS sql2012 is “Much Faster.”

2.)    Current MSSql 2012 Version- you can run it until the hardware doesn’t support it any more­ SQL Server 2008 R2 is on that long slope. R2 will only get standard support if it has at least SP1 installed.

3.)    Reporting Services can be directly accessed within SharePoint 2013.  It runs 30-60% faster going thru SharePoint.  Reporting Services for 2012 can automatically alert users when data underlying a report has changed.
